Jason Littlefield

For over three decades, Jason Littlefield has dedicated his life to education, well-being, and human empowerment. As an educator, author, and thought leader, he has worked in classrooms, athletic fields of completion, leadership roles, and international communities—always with the mission of fostering resilience, dignity, and connection.

Jason is the curator of Empowered Humanity Theory (EHT)—a research-backed framework designed to help individuals and organizations rise above their disempowering primitive susceptibilities to sustain an empowering and dignified life. Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and echoes of ancient wisdom, EHT provides practical strategies for increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and building cultures of dignity and collaboration. He has trained educators, leaders, and organizations across the U.S. and internationally, offering a human-centered approach to social-emotional well-being, leadership, and education.

His journey has taken him from Texas classrooms to international schools in Taiwan, China, and Africa. As a Social-Emotional Learning Specialist in Austin, Texas, he developed programs that improved school culture, teacher resilience, and student success. His work as a consultant helps schools and organizations navigate the challenges of our polarized world by fostering psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and inclusive leadership.

Beyond his professional work, Jason advocates for intellectual diversity, free expression, and human dignity. He is a co-founder and serves on the board of Free Black Thought. He advises the Institute for Liberal Values, working to promote open dialogue, critical thinking, and pluralism in education and society.

On a personal note, Jason is the proud father of four young adults, an East Texas native, and a lifelong learner dedicated to increasing individuals' well-being, potential, and relationships. Whether through leading workshops, coaching leaders, or writing, his mission remains to empower people to live with clarity, compassion, and courage in an ever-changing world.
